We burn for medium-sized businesses – and for a delicious BBQ after work. That’s why we rounded off our consulting meeting with a joint barbecue evening among our colleagues. Food, view and atmosphere were perfect. THE MAK`ED TEAM meets every two months at one of our locations to exchange information and develop topics together. For the first time, the team met in our new premises in Nuremberg on August 11 and duly inaugurated them, including the roof terrace.
Our consulting meeting focused on the challenges facing medium-sized businesses. What are the current developments and changes in the SME sector? And how do we, as a consulting company for corporate development and corporate management, have to react to them? On our agenda on this team day were varied topics presented by our consultants. From concrete approaches in sustainability management, to employer branding from the perspective of Generation Z and approaches to succession, to increasing profits through lean production: The technical focal points were set very differently in individual sessions on this day and the consulting offers for our customers were deepened or expanded.
After the intensive meeting we could end the evening together on the roof terrace with a delicious BBQ with many homemade delicacies and mild temperatures. With this we were accompanied by the sunset on one side and the moonrise on the other, which made the day perfect. In short: It was an all-around successful and professionally excellent team day.
